Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • 1.1. Compliance
    Returns are processed in line with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Rules of Retail Trade.

  • 1.2. Sending Returns
    Items must be returned via registered mail, and the tracking number must be sent to the seller within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • 1.3. Return Shipping Costs
    Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs for quality items being returned or exchanged.

  • 1.4. Return Deadlines

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase or
    • Within 7 days of delivery to the buyer.
      Notify the seller via email and include photos or videos if the item is defective.
  • 1.5. Condition of Returned Items
    Returned items must meet the following conditions:

    • Undamaged and unused.
    • In the same packaging and condition as received.
    • Original appearance intact (tags, protective films, etc.).
    • Include a printed purchase document (e.g., order confirmation or payment receipt).
  • 1.6. Refunds for Quality Items
    Buyers will be refunded the item’s price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • 1.7. Incorrect Items Received

    • The seller will replace the incorrect item with the correct one.
    • If the correct item is unavailable, the buyer will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • 1.8. Defective Items
    The seller will either:

    • Replace the defective item, or
    • Provide a full refund.
  • 1.9. Return Refusals
    The seller may refuse to accept returns if the buyer does not comply with sections 1.2 – 1.5 of this policy.

  • 1.10. Items Purchased on Discount
    Refunds for discounted items will reflect the discounted price paid.


2. Final Provisions

  • 2.1. Legal Compliance
    This return policy complies with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

  • 2.2. Dispute Resolution

    • Disputes will be resolved through negotiation.
    • If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be handled as prescribed by Lithuanian law.
